No, you don’t need to be present at the property. While we welcome owners to offer creative input, it’s not essential. Typically, a brief phone conversation is sufficient enough to understand your desired style, and I’m comfortable working independently. Please make sure to provide us with your lockbox combo code and make arrangements if the property is located in a gated community.
